Job Title - Executive Assistant to the CEO

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience using Google Sheets, Outlook, Zoom and Teams

Responsibilities:


  • Managing the CEO's calendar
  • Scheduling meetings for the CEO, send calendar invites
  • Basic administrative duties including (but not restricted to)
  • Managing the CEO's inbox
  • Managing client details/database management
  • Managing team details
  • Managing Client Letter of Engagement. Onboarding letter etc.
  • Managing CEO's travel
  • Managing and organising the team conferences.
  • Storage of documents on Google Drive/OneDrive
  • Preparation of HR related documents
  • Maintaining diary of birthdays of the team
  • Coordination and organisation of bios/photos/videosteam
  • Maintenance of the leave register
We are looking for a dynamic, well-spoken individual who will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

While sufficient guidance and support will be provided at every step, the individual must be a self-motivated and disciplined worker.

Hybrid role - mostly Work from Home


Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
