Allocation of labors according to the work and maintain record of man hrs.- Check all rectifications for structural, finishing work
- To ensure all construction equipment in working condition
- To take the measurement from the site.
- Review of bills of quantities and item lists.
- Good skill in speaking and communication
- In Depth knowledge of all Interior Works
Able to take Site Measurements
Able to read & understand all drawings (AutoCAD)
Supervise work progress & quality check of finishing work as per timelines & guidelines
Complete site work
Experience:
- total work: 2-4 years (required)
License/Certification:
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil, B.Arch in Architecture/Diploma (required)
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (required)
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
