    Thinkproject ist ein europäischer Marktführer im Bereich der Digitalisierung der Baubranche. Neben Standorten in Europa haben wir Niederlassungen und Kund*innen auf der ganzen Welt.
    Gegründet wurde unser Unternehmen im Jahr 2000, zu einer Zeit an der der Großteil der Planung und Verwaltung von Bauprojekten manuell durchgeführt wurde. Für die Verantwortlichen wurde es immer schwieriger einen Überblick über die immer komplexer werdenden Bauprojekte zu behalten. Hier knüpften unsere Gründer an und konnten mit ihrem Branchen-Know-How einen großen Wandel in der Digitalisierung schaffen.
    Heute sprechen wir von "Construction Intelligence" - denn unsere Software macht große und kleine Bauprojekte effizienter, sicherer, pünktlicher und vor allem nachhaltiger.
    Als Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) (m/w/d) spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Aufrechterhaltung und Verbesserung der Zuverlässigkeit, Leistung und Skalierbarkeit unserer cloudbasierten Softwarelösungen für die Baubranche. Du arbeitest eng mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammen und trägst zur Entwicklung, Implementierung und zum Betrieb hochverfügbarer Systeme bei, um einen reibungslosen Betrieb und ein hervorragendes Nutzererlebnis zu gewährleisten.

    Wie wird dein Tag aussehen

  • Verantwortung einzelne Projekte im technischen Produktmanagement des think project Produktportfolios und der zugehörigen mobilen Anwendungen
  • Unterstützung des strategische Produktmanagements bei der Definition neuer Features und Detailspezifikationen für die Softwareentwicklung
  • Abstimmung über Anforderungen mit internen oder externen Stakeholdern und die dazugehörige Umsetzung in Entwicklungsprojekten
  • Du leitest Entwicklungsprojekte und vertretest die Kundenseite in technischen Belangen, wodurch du direkt für den Erfolg der Projekte verantwortlich bist
  • Du definierst neue Dienste, Funktionen und Nutzungskonzepte und spezifizieren funktionale und technische Anforderungen. Du erstellst den entsprechenden Anforderungskatalog in Form von Pflichtenheften und Stories
  • Du arbeitest eng mit der Produktentwicklung zusammen, um Entwicklungsschritte, technische Spezifikationen und Testszenarien im Detail festzulegen
  • Du überwachst die Einhaltung von Abnahmekriterien und Freigabeterminen sowie die Beseitigung von Fehlern

  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung als Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion in einer Cloud-basierten Umgebung.
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Cloud-Plattformen wie AWS, Azure
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Infrastruktur als Code (IaC) Tools (z. B. Terraform, CloudFormation) und Konfigurationsmanagement-Tools (z. B. Ansible, Puppet).
  • Beherrschung von Skript- und Programmiersprachen wie Python, Bash oder Go für Automatisierungs- und Skripting-Aufgaben.
  • Solides Verständnis von Netzwerkprinzipien, Datenbanken und Webdiensten.
  • Erfahrung mit Überwachungs- und Protokollierungstools (z. B. Prometheus, ELK Stack, Grafana) zur Analyse der Systemleistung und Fehlerbehebung.
  • Hervorragende Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, die Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten, und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
