Job brief:


You will be responsible for creating and publishing content on all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, to grow an audience, build brand awareness, and ultimately, boost sales.

You will oversee site metrics and be responsible for creating persuasive content that strikes a chord with the intended audience, customer service, copywriting, and analyzing data.


Responsibilities:


  • Plan, organize and execute the brand's social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination and audience identification. This involves building a cohesive plan that suit the company goals, strategize tactics to achieve those goals, and generally explore, test, and optimize different social media channels that suit the brand's audience.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities growth areas, trends
- or new ways of reaching existing markets.

  • Be responsible for paid strategies and will need to be adept at using tools such as Facebook Ads Manager or other paid options on channels like LinkedIn or Quora, for example.
  • Share new content (including original text, images, video, and code) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand.
- "Soft sell" the product by providing support to current and prospective customers.

  • Monitor SEO and customer engagement and suggest content optimization.
  • Coordinate with the appropriate contact in an educational institution.
  • Think strategically see the bigger picture and set aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and have the ability to advise others about them.
  • Coordinate all administrative processes.
  • Build and maintain a content calendar. Manage budgets, policies and events.

Key skills:


  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Moderate usergenerated content in line with the moderation policy.
  • Have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content that it is engaging across multiple social media channels.
  • Improve the company's online presence across multiple social media platforms.
  • Skilled in handling relations with various stakeholders (Educators and Counsellors).
  • Possess exceptional research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to identify business's sales and revenue opportunities as well as experience in community relations that enable a business to attain or exceed sales performance targets.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team member.

Key Result Areas:


  • Help to plan social media campaigns.
  • Handle scheduling, recordkeeping and reporting.
  • Communicate with Universities, Schools and Training Institutions.
  • Be fluent in social media with handson skills and knowledge of multiple social media platforms and awareness of current trends.

Requirements:

Education industry experience and familiarity with digital marketing in the education sector is a plus
:


  • A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in marketing or communications. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Knowledge of administrative processes of educational institutions.
  • Excellent oral communication, written communication, and online research skills including Writing, Editing, SEO, Storytelling, and Presentation ability with a strong sense of who the segment audience is and how to give them content that will appeal to them.

  • It can be challenging trying to create new business opportunities, in addition to the constant pressure of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • You may also be delegated the responsibility of managing a team and their output.

Salary:

₹50, ₹80,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
Employees are required to wear a mask as per prevailing government guidelines in effect

  • Marol MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai , Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Social media marketing: 3 years (preferred)
