Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Connecting with Influencers and Bloggers to make them create content
• Handle the chat process and promptly answer the queries of the customers over what's app.
• Raising a ticket for every query and coordinating with internal teams for the solution and taking regular updates.
• Maintain customer records by updating all relevant information in the database.
• Handling queries over Whatsapp in a timely and accurate fashion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree ( Preferably BJMC and B.Com)
• Enthusiastic Freshers
• Strong organisational, critical thinking and communications skills.
• Attention to detail and good judgement.
