Responsibilities:
- Responsible for timely order processing and execution.
- Responsible for all commercial aspects of business during project execution.
- Constant monitoring of health of Unexecuted Order Value/Orders on Hand, raise flags wherever delay in execution is expected.
- Robust revenue forecast by maintaining correct delivery dates, billing block in SAP.
- Ensure timely coordination & drive actions with various stake holders (Project Management, Logistics, Sales etc.) to ensure revenue achievement as forecasted.
- Timely billing and submission of invoices to customers.
- Order Cost Control review and timely action to reflect correct order profitability.
- Monitoring Non-Conformance Costs & claim management.
- Stakeholder management and first point of contact to Regional Management on order execution status.
- Generates Bank/Corporate guarantees at execution stage wherever needed.
- Issuance of proforma invoice, Letter of Credit draft, verification, Bank Delivery Order, commercial clearance.
Education & Skills
- Excellent accounting, MSoffice & Communication skills
- SAP knowledge is preferred
