Customer Service Executive - Gurgaon, India - Pratapgarh Farms & Resort LLP
Description
_1. Calling on prospective visitors, schools & corporate and generating leads._- 2. Capture and Update customer information accurately._
- 4. Calling to leads and convert them into sales._
- 5. Customer Relationship Management, customer retention and new customer acquisition._
- 6. Follow up and gather feedback with Business Associates/Travel Agents._
- 7. Work with marketing team to achieve monthly targets._
- 9. Understanding Customer questions and providing relevant answers._
- 10. Keeping records of bookings and related data._
- 11. Any other task assigned by Management (when required)._
Job Types:

Pay:
₹14, ₹25,000.00 per month
