Mumbai head office

Salary Range: 3, 00,000 /- to 5, 00,000/- PA

Roles & responsibilities:

Marketing:

Creating, monitoring, and evaluating marketing programs and activities.
Develop marketing collaterals such as sales literatures, broachers, catalogues, website, etc.
Plan, present & execute budgets for advertising, events & promotions (ATL & BTL).
Communication across Ecommerce, retail, and institutional sales and promos.
Visiting the market and identifying key challenges and gaps to find effective solutions within the scope of marketing.
Timely reporting and updates on all marketing activities.
Digital marketing knowledge will be an added advantage

Team Building:

Leading, training & monitoring the performance of sales team members to ensure efficiency in meeting individual & group targets.
Working in tandem with creative and production teams internal and external in developing customerspecific programs/ activities.

Brand awareness & new product development:

Mapping market trends and competitor analysis for new product development in the market.
Work on brand visibility, brand awareness, brand loyalty
To conduct the necessary market research activities to gain feedback from the customers.
Responsible for Trademarks and IP for the brand.

Requirements:

Minimum 2
+ years' experience in marketing from
Textile/FMCG/FMCD Industry:
Bachelor's degree + MBA marketing required.
Ability to develop presentations and present ideas and plans well.
Operates with a sense of urgency and strong leadership and drive for results.
Strong communication skills with strategic capability and experience in marketing development, assessment and strategic planning.
Ability to handle simultaneous projects and deliver on timelines with strong followups.
