About the role:


You will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow defined processes and procedures closely.


Your responsibilities:


  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with agents to ensure repeat business
  • Meeting regional enrolment targets

About you:


  • Knowledge of the US education system (desirable)
  • Ability to build strong relations, quickly, with customers and colleagues
  • Outstanding attention to detail and high levels of data accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workload efficiently and effectively
  • Resultsfocused and a passion for meeting targets
  • Performancedriven and enjoy working in a fastpaced office environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours where required (including some weekends during critical periods)
  • Excellent oral, written and communication skills including a positive tone of voice and an ability to enunciate clearly
  • Competence with Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Interest in customers and helping them to achieve their goals
  • Multicultural outlook and interest in working with international students
