Purpose of this role:

We are looking for a horizontal thinker for the Chief of Staff position.

As the Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the CEO / Founder on everything ranging from strategy and planning to special projects and executive coordination.

This is a key role that impacts all areas of the business.


Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic Role:


  • Acting as a strategic advisor to the CEO/Managing Director and senior management team.
  • Work with the CEO and the senior management to identify strategic areas for business growth
  • Look at all business metrics that are available in the CEOs office, analyze them and start initiatives while working with the CEO and other leaders to improve them.
  • Collaborating with senior management team to determine and prioritize business strategies
  • Overseeing strategic business initiatives / special projects from ideation to implementation
  • Participating in business partnerships across multiple geographies.

Planning:


  • Providing and maintain a capacity planning and resource tracking services across the divisions.
  • Participating with the CEO / Managing Director and senior management team in strategic planning, policy development.
  • Looking at things horizontally that is product, finance business development, technology and operations to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

CEO Office Support:


  • Supporting CEO / Managing Director in meetings by taking notes and assuming responsibility for completion of action items.

Secretarial Support:


  • Planning, coordinating and keeping contents of a meeting focused

Process Adherence:


  • Creating and maintaining systems and processes to streamline operations.

Problem Solving & Decision Making:


  • Huge appetite to solve extremely challenging problems in business, finance, operations, or product delivery with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to perform and deliver.
  • Ability to adapt according to business needs and perform accordingly.
  • Interest to learn and handle conflicts
  • Build unity with in the team and motivate team to produce quality work.
  • Ability to analyze different types of data points and look beyond the obvious by having an intent to learn new tools/technologies for professional growth and growth of the organization.

Other Areas:


  • Collaboration with all the leaders reporting directly to the CEO on different organizational goals and their execution.
  • Create and present business plans, and pitches to different stakeholders
  • Interest to learn and handle conflicts
and stakeholders

  • Ability and interest to learn and make interesting presentation to share / convey thoughts to a large audience
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to perform and deliver
  • Proven experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
  • Exposure in Digitization, Experimentation, Decision Support Work
  • Detail Oriented & Number driven
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
