Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create lesson plans/curriculum for imparting and improving Basic IT knowledge of the students
  • Take regular classes as assigned by the Head of the Academic or any Industry expert
  • Track student progress and give them feedback
  • Create and conduct assessments
  • Collaborate with the team to update and standardize the program content, as and when required
  • Install software, maintain and introduce training as and when required
  • Coordinate with the internal staff in regards to their need to maintain and secure password, file system security and data integrity for desktop environments
  • Periodic reporting of metrics prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to be shared with the leadership and development team
  • Support team members and team leads with all programrelated tasks, ensure task completion as per timelines with accuracy
  • Determines overall effectiveness of programs and training by listening to feedback and making improvements as necessary.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication, Strong teaching and mentoring in induction experience

MERN Stack Technologies are required.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate well
  • Selfmotivated, driven, with a cando, problemsolving attitude
  • Curious in nature with a lively, broadranging intellect
  • Passionate about technology and training delivery/Ready to grow
  • Analytical and inquisitive, with excellent attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn with a flexible approach
  • Ability to get handson when the trainee faces any challenges

Job Types:
Full-time, Internship


Salary:
₹400, ₹800,000.00 per year
