- Use data provided by the lead generation team to check viability of converting them into enquiries
- Maintain records of leads and enquiries generated
- Assist in order closures
- Inform competitor movements and assist competitor analysis
- Provide information for order loss report
- Co-ordinate with immediate supervisor and with the team for smooth flow of information
- Win / Loss analysis
- Follow up for accounts receivables
