Logistics Co-ordinator


Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


Customer Inquiries:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and logistics processes.

Provide accurate and detailed information to customers about their orders and address any concerns or issues.

Make out going calls on NDR, RTO and as per other requirement.


Order Processing:
Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product selection, quantity, and delivery details.

Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the smooth processing of orders and timely delivery to customers.


Issue Resolution:
Investigate and resolve customer complaints, discrepancies, and delivery issues in a professional and timely manner.

Work closely with the logistics team to identify root causes of problems and implement corrective actions.


Communication:
Maintain open and effective communication with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

Keep customers informed of any changes in delivery schedules or unexpected issues that may impact their shipments.


Documentation:
Ensure accurate and complete documentation for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.

Prepare reports and maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.


Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement in customer support procedures and logistics operations.

Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and contribute to the development of solutions.


Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.

Proven experience in customer support or a similar role within the logistics or transportation industry.

Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Salary:
₹13, ₹22,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
