Must have experience working on State Client requirements- Must have experience on IT, Administration and Life science (Healthcare) Requirements
- Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting
- Must have experience in dealing W2 with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders
- Must be proficient in recruiting & individual contributor Recruiter
- Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants' profiles on time.
- Proven successful record in the U.S Staffing industry.
- Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates.
- Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends.
- To understand the technical requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources.
- Should be completing the Targets on time and deliver the desired result without fail.
Supplemental pay types:
Commission pay, Performance bonus and good Placement Incentives.

Bachelor's (preferred)
