Job Title:
Telecaller
As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone to promote our products or services and generate sales leads.
You will be expected to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings, address any queries or concerns, and convince prospects to take desired actions such as scheduling appointments or making admission.
Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to individuals or businesses from provided contact lists or databases.

Product/Service Promotion: Introduce our products or services to prospects, highlighting their features and benefits in a compelling manner.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during calls to build rapport with customers and foster long-term relationships.

Handle Objections: Address any objections or concerns raised by prospects and provide suitable responses to alleviate doubts and encourage interest.

Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives or field agents based on the availability and preferences of both parties.

Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-up calls with prospects to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.

Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately record relevant information obtained during calls in the CRM system or designated databases.

Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team targets for lead generation, call volume, and conversion rates.
Requirements:

Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in verbal communication with clear pronunciation and articulation.

Persuasive Abilities: Ability to influence and persuade prospects to take desired actions through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service and satisfaction.

Previous Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing, tele-sales, or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory.

₹10, ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
Experience:
- Telecaller: 1 year (preferred)
