Chandorkar Technologies OPC Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sitecore Solution Architect to join our team in Abu Dhabi for a 3-year contract. This leadership opportunity offers the flexibility to choose between on-site and off-site work, allowing you to spearhead the design and implementation of complex Sitecore solutions while tailoring your work location to your preferences.

About the Role:
As the Sitecore Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the client's digital experience (DX) strategy using Sitecore Experience Platform (XP).
You will leverage your extensive knowledge of Sitecore architecture, best practices, and leadership skills to guide the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade Sitecore solutions that are scalable, secure, and meet the evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of robust Sitecore XP architectures, considering scalability, performance, security, and future growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into a welldefined Sitecore solution roadmap.
- Select and implement appropriate Sitecore modules and functionalities to optimize the client's digital experience.
- Oversee the integration of Sitecore XP with external systems and APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to Sitecore best practices and development standards (e.g., Sitecore Helix principles).
- Stay uptodate on the latest Sitecore releases, features, and security updates.
- Evaluate and implement new Sitecore technologies and functionalities to enhance the solution.
- Mentor and guide junior developers on Sitecore architecture and best practices.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for the Sitecore solution.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews and provide valuable feedback from an architectural perspective.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in software architecture with a minimum of 5 years focused on Sitecore Experience Platform (XP).
- Proven track record of leading and delivering successful Sitecore projects from inception to deployment.
- Indepth knowledge of Sitecore architecture, development tools (e.g., Sitecore Experience Editor, Sitecore Development Studio), and programming languages (e.g., C#, ASP.NET MVC).
- Experience with Sitecore Experience Database (xDB) and personalization features.
- Strong understanding of cloud deployments for Sitecore (e.g., Azure, AWS). (Optional based on client's needs)
- Experience with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines for Sitecore deployments is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to think strategically, analyze complex problems, and develop innovative solutions.
- A passion for Sitecore and a commitment to staying current with the latest advancements in the platform.
