Role and Responsibilities

  • To function as manager and Senior SME for delivering performance reports, including attribution, contribution, expost/exante risk.
  • To support senior analyst implement client change requests and coordinating with right stakeholders to implement technical solutions within the performance systems that meets client requirements.
  • To assist with client queries directly related to reporting activity.
  • To support new client onboarding activity on behalf of the PRA team as required.
  • To support the implementation of controls that address the key operational risks of the team.
  • To support the Team Leaders in nonBAU projects as required
  • Coordinating with onsite Delivery Partners
  • SLA management and planning for delivery and work allocatio
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the treatment of fees, taxes and adjustments from dividends and cash flows of the PRA core calculation methodology such as GOFGOT & NOFNOT.
  • Ability to articulate to clients the drivers of the security attribution report in terms of asset allocation & stock selection.
  • An understanding of the endtoend workflow required to produce the below reports and ability to conduct a walkthrough with a client and demonstrate how each report will adds value.
  • Monthly Performance Report (GOFGOT)
  • Net of Fees Performance Report (NOFGOT)
  • Net of Tax Performance Report (NOFNOT)
  • Fund Manager Reconciliation Report (GOFGOT)
  • Security Level Attribution Report (Equity Markets)
  • Plan Attribution Report
  • Investment Option Return Decomposition Report
  • Fixed Income Characteristic Report
  • Ex Post Risk Statistics Reporting
  • VaR & Stress Testing Report

Qualifications:


  • Degree level qualification in Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or Finance or similar discipline
  • At least 6 to 7 years of relevant financial analysis experience in financial services or a related area
  • High level of proficiency in Excel with the ability to interrogate data and maintain customized client report templates
  • Experience in the funds management industry in a performance measurement, operations or accounting role would be highly regarded
  • Demonstrated numerical ability and analytical skills
