JOB DESCRIPTION:

We select our new joiners as
Business Associate and train and develop them holistically in all functional areas of Business Management viz.

Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations over a period of - 8 months as per the following

Global Training Module:

Level-1 Business Associate -(Learn the essentials of Marketing, advertising, customer engagement & Sales efficiency):

- **Level-2 Corporate Trainer
- (Become a skilled leader & advance to leadership roles to maximize business performance)**:

**Level-3 Crew Leader

- (Basics of Human Resource Management, training & developing individuals, expanding crew)**:

**Level-4 Assistant Owner

- (Managing, Coaching, Monitoring & Motivating a team to maximize business performance )**:

Level -5 Business Development Manager-(Basics of Business Administration finances & Operations, Strategize, Plan & Manage Resources & Clients, Run a marketing unit using your business decisions for its growth & profitability)

Potential Earning: 25k - 45k pm
