Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for contract and domestic IT positions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in IT staffing to inform recruitment strategies.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, with a focus on contract and domestic staffing.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations governing recruitment and employment practices.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.

Pay:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
