1 to 3+ years of work experience as a designer in a creative agency and production environment

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent professional experience required
  • Fluency in best practices for webbased information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
  • Familiarity with the technical considerations needed when designing for the web and web based devices
  • A portfolio of work demonstrating experience creating great usercentered design solutions
  • Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills
  • Demonstrated compositional and typographical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Selfmotivated and capable of working independently

  • Ensure design requirements are met in adherence with product/project guidelines.
  • Source key art and design product and promotional graphics.
  • Optimize digital images for web, mobile and big screen.
  • Fulfill multiple projects requests while simultaneously meeting tight deadlines.
  • Illustrate a command of design methods, tools, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Use humor, creativity, and energy to maintain personal and team momentum.
