    • Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or relatedfield.
    8 years ofhandson experience in Java development with a strong focus onSpring Boot and microservicesarchitecture.Proventrack record of successfully leading and managing development teamsin Agileenvironments.Extensiveexperience working on projects across multiple domainsdemonstrating versatility andadaptability.Indepthknowledge of software engineering principles design patterns andbestpractices.Strongproblemsolving skills and ability to analyze complex technicalchallenges.Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability toeffectively collaborate with diverse teams andstakeholders.Experiencewith cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) and containerizationtechnologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes) is highlydesirable.Relevantcertifications in Java Spring or related technologies are aplus.
