Key responsibility-

• Complete Social Media Management for the brand. Ranging from strategy, plans, execution, and monitoring the results
• Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for social media posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brandfocused messages
• Measure and monitor social activity

- find out what works, tweak and improve communications, tactics, campaigns

• Develop engaging, creative, innovative, and relevant campaigns to achieve business objectives and create ideas on social media viral marketing
• Monitor, respond and engage with the community on a daily basis and provide customer service, wherever necessary
• Interact with designers, copywriters, and content writers to come up with the best content for clients
• Conduct timely competitor analysis for all brands to ensure they are updated with trends
• Initiate and set up meetings with clients regularly to keep them updated
• Communicate with clients always and maintain good relationships
• Meet deadlines and report to senior managers, and clients as and when required
• Accept new challenges and learn quickly in a competitive environment
• Audits and analyses social media presences for the assigned brands
• Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
