We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Computer Education and Community Engagement Coordinator.


Responsibilities:

Community Outreach and Engagement:


  • Conduct outreach activities in local slum areas to explain computer courses offered by Titliyan NGO.
  • Build strong relationships within the community to encourage participation in educational programs.

Course Planning and Timetabling:


  • Develop a comprehensive timetable for computer courses, organizing batches efficiently.
  • Ensure optimal scheduling and resource allocation for an effective learning experience.

Student List Management:


  • Maintain an organized and uptodate student list for each course batch.
  • Keep backup records for future course enrollments.

4.


Course Content Development:


  • Create engaging and relevant course content.
  • Plan learning objectives for each class, ensuring a progressive curriculum.

Educational Materials:


  • Prepare booklets and educational materials for students.
  • Ensure students have access to necessary resources for their coursework.

Future Expansion:


  • Continuously assess the demand for courses and the number of enrolled students.

7.


Work Schedule:


  • Work 4 hours per day, Monday to Saturday, at the NGO's location.

8.


Work Report:


  • Submit a daily work summary to the Founder, summarizing daily tasks and accomplishments.

Requirements:


  • Passion for community engagement and education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Willingness to adapt and take on additional responsibilities as required.
  • Commitment to Titliyan NGO's mission and values.

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
₹4, ₹6,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 per week
