Customer Relationship Executive (Process Currency Exchange & international holiday packages)


Location :
Fort, Mumbai


Responsibilities:


  • Bringing in sales.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring quality service by following the organization standards
  • Work directly with any Customers/Clients via phone in order to persuade them to buy any product.

Should be very dynamic

Aggressive in his work and sales approach

Needs to have good communication skills

Needs to have a flair or some inclination towards sales or counter sales

Needs to be flexible in terms of extended working hours

Needs to be a good team player

Should be clear in his/her thoughts

Needs to be committed & dedicated

Needs to have a scalability factor as a future prospect.

Experience :
minimum 1 year of experience working in a Sales & Customer care Process of Call Center. (Any Industry would do)

Working Days : 6 day working Alternate Week Off between Monday to Friday

Note :
Saturday And Sunday Working


Qualification:
Minimum Graduate (Any)

If not a graduate - At Least 1 year of experience.


Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
