Description
Looking for Senior IT Recruiters with minimum 2-3 years' experience level and self-motivated and dedicated self-individual ready to join with us on a short notice.
- Handson experience in endtoend recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
- Experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax terms (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop).
- Experience recruiting, Citizens, GC, OPTs, and EADs consultants.
- Experience using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Good to have experience working on VMS requirements.
- Experience working with Applicant tracking tools.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.
- Should be ready to work in night shift.
- Negotiating, if required, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Developing and maintaining a network of industry contacts and talent sources to support ongoing recruitment efforts.
- Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead the team of Talent Acquisition Associates by performing and setting an example.
