We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Junior Officer to join our team and contribute to the growth of our company.

As a Junior Officer, you will play a key role in canvassing and sourcing new customers, driving revenue through cross-selling products, and building strong customer relationships.

• Canvass and source new customers to expand our gold loan business.
• Generate revenue by crossselling products such as debentures, insurance products, tour packages, and more.
• Actively participate in various marketing activities to promote our services and attract potential customers.
• Conduct gold appraisal to determine loan eligibility and ensure accurate valuation.
• Collect interest payments from customers and maintain proper documentation.
• Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and followup.
• Customer Relationship and Followup, Maintenance of important registers and daily reports

• Graduate with 02 years of experience preferably in Banking/NBFC industry. Freshers can apply.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or customer relations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial products and services, particularly gold loans.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
