Responsibilities:

Develop training materials: Create presentations, manuals, and exercises to help trainees understand

mechanical engineering concepts.

Deliver training programs: Deliver training programs either in person or through online platforms.

Explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner, using visual aids and practical

examples to make the learning process easier.

Evaluate trainee performance: Assess trainee performance to ensure they understand the material

presented to them. Provide feedback and support to help trainees improve their understanding and

Collaborate with management: Work closely with management to understand the company\'s needs and

objectives. Develop training programs that align with these goals and ensure that trainees are

well-prepared to contribute to the organization\'s success.

Stay updated with industry trends: Keep uptodate with the latest trends and advances in mechanical

engineering to ensure that training materials are relevant and effective.

Maintain training records: Maintain accurate records of all training activities, including attendance,

evaluations, and progress reports. Use this information to improve training programs and provide

feedback to management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
01 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field.
Experience developing training materials and delivering training programs.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and

understandable manner.
