Description
We are looking for an Personal Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our Company's Chairman & Managing Director.
Age - Not above 35 years
Experience:
1-2 Years
Qualification:
Finance Graduate
Location:
Mumbai - Goregaon
Key Skills:
- Must be well versed with finance background.
- Knowledge of preparing MIS is must.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization.
- Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills
- Good Networking Skills
- Good Time-Management Skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
- Must be high on confidentiality.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Helping in business presentations, preparing the MISs, daily reporting, data analysis or reports as per the directions of the CMD.
- Manage the calendar and schedule of the CMD, including organizing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Conduct research and provide analysis on various topics, as requested by the CMD.
- Must possess expertise in building relationships with internal as well as external stakeholders.
- Schedule appointments and maintain and update Chairman Managing Directors daily calendar, writing minutes during meetings.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail.
Salary:
₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
