We are looking for an Personal Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our Company's Chairman & Managing Director.


Age - Not above 35 years


Experience:
1-2 Years


Qualification:
Finance Graduate


Location:
Mumbai - Goregaon


Key Skills:


  • Must be well versed with finance background.
  • Knowledge of preparing MIS is must.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a
corporate environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization.
  • Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills
  • Good Networking Skills
  • Good Time-Management Skills
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
  • Must be high on confidentiality.

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Helping in business presentations, preparing the MISs, daily reporting, data analysis or reports as per the directions of the CMD.
  • Manage the calendar and schedule of the CMD, including organizing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Conduct research and provide analysis on various topics, as requested by the CMD.
  • Must possess expertise in building relationships with internal as well as external stakeholders.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain and update Chairman Managing Directors daily calendar, writing minutes during meetings.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail.

Salary:
₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
