    JobDescription:

    As the General ManagerService you will play a critical role in driving our servicedepartments success. You will be responsible for overseeing allservice operations ensuring the highest level of customersatisfaction and maintaining operational excellence. Yourleadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of highperformance continuous improvement and teamcollaboration.



    RequirementsResponsibilities:

    • Overseethe daily operations of the service department ensuring efficientand effective servicedelivery.
    • Developand implement strategies to enhance service quality increasecustomer satisfaction and optimize operationalefficiency.
    • Leadmanage and develop a highperforming service team fostering aculture of excellence accountability and continuousimprovement.
    • Collaboratewith other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customerservice and operationalsuccess.
    • Managebudgets forecasts and financial planning for the servicedepartment.
    • Ensurecompliance with all company policies industry standards andregulatoryrequirements.
    • Monitorand analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trendsareas for improvement and implement correctiveactions.
    • Establishand maintain strong relationships with customers suppliers andotherstakeholders.
    • Driveinnovation in service processes and technologies to enhancecustomer experience and operationalefficiency.

    EssentialQualifications:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Engineering or related field(Preferred).
    • Minimumof 10 years of experience in automotive service with at least 5years in a managerial or leadershiprole.
    • Proventrack record of managing a service department with a focus oncustomer satisfaction operational excellence and teamleadership.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
