Our motorcycle salespeople are tasked with ensuring that each driver ends up with the bike of their dreams.

As motorcycle trends go in and out of fashion, our salesmen need to stay in touch with the needs and wants of the customers in our area.

Whether a person wants to test drive a Harley or a Honda, salesmen need to be willing to work with a variety of customers.

Motorcycles are a symbol of independence and adventure. Our salespeople are expected to sell more than just inventory, but the dream of a life without boundaries. Salespeople also have to be good at negotiating with customers to look after the dealership's bottom line. Our team may be asked to promote specific packages, such as special warranties or upgrades. They're expected to go the extra mile so our customers feel supported from all angles.


Responsibilities:


  • Greeting and assisting buyers
  • Answering questions about new and vintage bikes
  • Providing guidance on what motorcycles will best fit the customer's profile
  • Coordinating test drives for prospective shoppers
  • Meeting monthly sales expectations
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the store
  • Building strong relationships with clientele
  • Directing customers to appropriate departments as needed (e.g., finance, etc.)
  • Learning about and mastering the technology of new inventory
  • Negotiating prices and promoting dealership upgrades and packages

Necessary Skills & Qualifications:


  • At least 1 year of vehicle sales experience
  • Interpersonal skills and an ability to connect with buyers
  • Passion for motorcycles
  • Motorcycle license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexible schedule

Salary:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month


Shift:

  • Day shift
