Responsibilities:


  • Ensure that the team adheres to scrum methodology and foster best practices in the team.
  • Assess the scrum knowledge of the team and coach to attain higher level of knowledge at a sustainable pace.
  • Coach the scrum team, Product Owners and stakeholders on agile principles and values.
  • Ensure Product Owner prioritizes user stories and prepares the backlog regularly. Ensure that these backlog items are properly and fully defined prior to acceptance.
  • Resolve team challenges to ensure ontime deliverables and ensure that the team is selforganized.
  • Responsible for team's growth and ensure effective delegation of tasks.
  • Promote Agile approach throughout the organization.
  • Drive relentless improvement through retrospectives and review/adapt workshops.
  • Drive Scrum of Scrums (SoS) meeting regularly, discuss internal challenges and communicate to the leadership team.
  • Work with Product Owner to align the team with the product vision and sprint goals
  • Regularly update the progress of product features and delivery.
  • Create an environment for the team to discuss productive solutions and resolve conflicts.
  • Communicate organization challenges to the leadership team.
  • Introduce industry best practices and procedures to achieve product deliveries on or before the schedule.
  • Drive team towards exploring the new methods on delivering value and highquality outputs.
  • Guide and mentor the team for effective results.

Profile required:


  • Certification of Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agilist (SA) or Kanban System Design (KMP Foundation 1) is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of minimum one framework or demonstrated experience of at least 1 framework.
  • Excellent presentation, problemsolving and negotiation skills.
  • Proven expertise in conflict management.
  • Proven experience of serving as Agile Master.
  • Strong understanding of at least two Agile frameworks.
  • Demonstrated strong knowledge of Agile engineering practices.
  • Ability to mentor and inspire team members.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
