Description

Proper Material handling and stock upkeep of material received from the vendors properly as to ensure easy access identification, verification, handling maintenance etc.

To ensure proper stocking of materials by using appropriate method of care and preservation to avoid any damage and loss.
To ensure a smooth issuance of materials.
All type of store related work like Indent, Purchase Order, GRN, Issue, Return, Transfer, Materials ,Reconciliation etc. in ERP package and Excel Ledger.
To ensure proper safety measure are taken for the safety of the store building, material in the store and the men working in the store.
Ensuring store is well maintained and the store is operational on a daily basis by completing daily inspection.
Co-Ordination with Purchase Dept. /others.
Material Unloading as per mentioned Specifications in purchase Order & Cross Checking of Qty.
Maintaining inward, outward register & stock ledger.
Daily Material Stock Report and Inventory records
Maintaining Asset Register on Monthly Basis (Tools & Equipments).
Verification of physical stock on Daily/Monthly Basis.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
