Key Responsibility:
- Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of greytHR in terms of usage, configuration, implementation andvalue
- Proactively build strong customer relationships
- Solutionize either through configurations or workarounds to address client specific requirements
- Ensure all project related activities are completed so as to enable the organization to continuously track and improve thesupport process
Qualification and Experience:
- Any Graduate with 1+ years of experience in a customer support role in payroll with high client interaction preferably withdomestic clients
- Excellent client handling skills
- Domain knowledge in Indian Payroll is mandatory
- Thorough knowledge of Indian Payroll statutory compliance will be an advantage
- Highly Customer Focused with ability to listen and engage customers to achieve desired outcome
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Apart from English, familiarity in either Hindi, & other langauges would be added advantages
- High degree of patience
