Sales Executive
Minimum of two years of relevant direct sales experience
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Direct Sales experience in
Media & Event (Exhibition) or B2B Sales highly desirable
Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned industry sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and propose suitable products/services to meet those needs.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer preferences.
Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's products/services. Effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
Customize presentations based on client needs and industry requirements. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable agreements. Close deals and ensure timely completion of sales transactions.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges. Collaborate with the sales team to analyse data and identify areas for improvement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
