    Job Description:

Should be familier with all Closing and Post Closing documents like Deed/Mortgage, Closing Disclosure, Loan Estimate, Initial Escrow Disclosure Statement, 1003, Signature Affidavit etc...


  • Simply Secure Sign reviewer will classify lender approved closing package for wet signing and esigning based on the instructions from lender
  • Refund Check reviewer will validate final approved CD for any overage to be sent back to borrower
  • Doc Audit review executed recordable document(s) for completeness and accuracy:
  • Auditor will pull original documents when the loan package is received.
  • If originals are missing from Originals cabinet
  • Auditor will advise their direct manager and enter a delay/reject under the Audit Signed Recordable Docs Event
  • Start reviewing the documents from each category and validate the completeness, signature, and notary section (borrower information should match the Order tracking system screen)
  • If a deficiency is found:
  • Enter a delay on the "Audit Recordable Doc" event
  • Assign the delay to the applicable team
  • Recording team will be responsible for the FINAL check to ensure all documents sent for recording or erecorded are listed in the recording book in eConnect or all documents in Recording Book have been sent for recording or erecorded.
