Researching industry best practices and compares against company practices in order to establish
- benchmarks for managing IT assets

  • Defining metrics, gathering data, and reporting effectiveness of IT asset management processes
  • Administering the Asset eCycle Program
  • Manage the Software Asset Management process to meet Business and End user requirements
  • Develop reports that pull data from various sources showing license entitlements, installations,
- usage, renewal, procurement status, and data gaps

  • Ensure that software license, maintenance, and support renewals are managed/handled/ordered
