Sr. Manager - Credit Control

  • Plan and draft the guideline for credit handling, assessments, decisions, terms and conditions of recovery of due payments, company policies for credit controls system in collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, billing and company senior management executives
  • Establishment, developing and maintaining harmonious relation with customer
s - Establish an effective working relationship with the external and internal customers to maximize performance results

  • Negotiate payment plans with customers and set up loan terms and conditions and maintain accurate records of loan, analyses the effectiveness of the company's credit control system and implement changes to improve profitability and reduce bad debts
  • Ensure customer pay dues on time and chase any overdue invoices
  • Active communication of aged debt risks with the GM (Finance & Accounts) and to identify potential risks
  • Develop a close working relationship with senior management for reporting day to day status of credit balance and recovery in the company
  • Plan innovative environment where the focus is on continuous improvement and the challenge to make it better
  • Ensure that all documents and paperwork are provided and are promptly and accurately filed
  • To work with the Business to ensure that debt information is correctly managed and documented and their record updated, may include monthly visits to assigned locations
  • Seek out opportunities to improve process, procedures and controls
  • Assist with finance department for annual review of limits
  • Reviewing existing processes, identifying weaknesses and providing improvement ideas
  • Work with finance department team on monitoring external financial data affecting our customers
  • Periodic reviews of customer's payment performance and credit facilities

Pay:
₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
