Make daily reports and share with the client every morning/EOD

Make analysis of the daily reports and share the same with clients
Follow up with the field team to ensure all data for each day is upto date and accurate, escalate when information is not received
Should know advanced Excel and all formulas especially pivots, vlookup, hlookup, index match, sum if etc.
Should be able to design reporting formats
Should not only know how to put data but also make proper analysis of the same
Responsible to ensure daily reports are received from all team members
Strong follow up required and should have rapport with the team members
Should be able to handle Projects independently
Should be able to make monthly reports and analysis and translate the same into charts and graphs on PPT

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Good educational background, preferably post graduate with a minimum of 23 years of work experience.
Self motivated, confident, self starter, honest and reliable person. Committed and dedicated towards the tasks assigned.
Good communication skills
Good networking skills
Good management skills ability to effectively handle a team
Good at Client servicing
