Financial Accountant

  • Position: Financial Accountant_
  • Location: Solan Factory, Himachal Pradesh_
  • Responsibilities:_

Financial Reporting:


  • Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with accounting principles.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.

General Ledger Management:


  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger.
  • Ensure timely and accurate posting of financial transactions.

Budgeting and Forecasting:


  • Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and monitor budgets.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts based on business trends and operational needs.

Tax Compliance:


  • Prepare and file various tax returns, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and assess their impact on the organization.

Audit Support:


  • Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process.
  • Provide necessary documentation and explanations to support audit findings.

Financial Analysis:


  • Conduct financial analysis to support decisionmaking processes.
  • Identify areas for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and operational improvement.

Cash Flow Management:


  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure optimal working capital.
  • Recommend strategies for improving cash flow efficiency.

Financial Controls:


  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Identify and address any weaknesses in financial processes.

Compliance and Regulatory Reporting:


  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports as necessary.
  • Qualifications:_
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a financial accountant in an industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
