Qualification - Graduate or Postgraduate in Social Work / Social Science / Rural Development from TISS / IRMA / IIM or other leading institutes.


Functional Area - Programs and Operations of national projects.


Experience -

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility projects implementation management / rural development programs.
• Strong knowledge and experience of implementing and reporting for of CSR guidelines as per Companies Act 2013 mandate, amendments and updates.
• Experience implementing community development projects at rural, semiurban and urban locations and having worked closely with communities and local administration/bodies.
• Experience in operations management, project budgeting, and client reporting.
• Implement and highquality reporting for MEAL and data analysis.
• Team handling.

Job Description -

• Implement and take responsibility for the implementation & delivery of specified CSR and organizational programs across India
• The profile includes project management, project financial management, monitoring & evaluation, project reporting, stakeholder management, and team handling.
• Liaising with related government bodies, institutions, and regulatory agencies.
• Project monitoring, evaluation, learning and reporting internally and externally.
• MIS and Documentation expert
• Implement and highquality reporting for MEAL and data analysis.

Salary:
