Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated territory or market segment.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to formulate effective sales strategies.
- Cold calling and lead generating by visiting local retailers, wholesalers, and direct meet with contractors or builders.
2.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular followups to ensure client satisfaction, troubleshoot any issues, and identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling.
3.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical explanations tailored to the dealers, retailers and projects.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate and comprehensive information to clients.
4.
Sales Prospecting:
- Sales executives identify potential clients and businesses that could benefit from the company's products or services. They research and gather information to create a target list of prospects.
