Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Initiate and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers through face-to-face interactions, cold calls, and follow-up communications.
Sales Generation:
Achieve sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, both in person and over the phone.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.
Prospecting:
Research and identify potential leads within assigned territories, industries, or demographics to expand the customer base.
Market Insights:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
Field Visits:
Conduct regular field visits to meet with clients, conduct product demonstrations, and address customer queries and concerns.
Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the sales manager.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in a field sales or business development role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
Self-motivated with a proactive and persistent approach to achieving goals.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel within assigned territories and work flexible hours.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
