Job Description:


  • Should have good knowledge of the infrastructure monitoring system
  • Good network troubleshooting skills with the Fair understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, and routing protocols, switching
  • Good Network troubleshooting skills with the Fair understanding of Switching, VLAN, STP, MSTP, RSTP,
  • Good knowledge about firewalls, and MPLS
  • Good Network troubleshooting skills with the Fair understanding of Tenant policies, access policies, Multisite and Multipod ACI design
  • Evaluation of network performance and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems whenever needed.
  • Defining network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls policies.
  • Troubleshoots infrastructure performance and other irregularities

Primary Skills:


  • Should have experience in CISCO ACI
  • Should have experience in Firewall and security
  • Should have experience in Routing and Switching

Secondary Skills:


  • Knowledge on L2 and L3 protocol and devices
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on multiple hardware platforms i.e. Cisco Nexus, Cisco ACI, Cisco FTD.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
