Position:
Sales Executive (Fresher)


Summary:


As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and converting them into customers.

This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh graduates with a passion for sales and a desire to kickstart their career in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide appropriate product/service solutions.


Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services and be able to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and competitive advantages to potential customers.


Sales Presentations:

Prepare and deliver sales presentations to showcase products/services, explain their value proposition, and convince clients to make a purchase.


Negotiation and Closing Deals:

Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and contracts to close deals and secure new business.


Sales Reporting:
Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to achieve company sales targets and ensure a seamless customer experience.


Professional Development:
Stay updated on sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry-related certifications to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Selfmotivated with a goaloriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with no prior sales experience are encouraged to apply.
