Qualifications and Skills

  • Should have studied in UK or worked in UK in the field of recruitment or health care.
  • Knowledge about Australian health care recruitment is an addon.
  • Awareness and deep understanding of the sourcing and recruiting techniques
  • Sales/Customer service skills
  • Excellent Software skills
  • Must be good in verbal and written communication
  • Target oriented
  • Must be able to work under Pressure.
  • Immediate Joiners preferred
  • Clearcut understanding about the UK healthcare staffing and recruitment best practices, regulations, and compliance.
  • Should be ready to work in UK shifts
Job Location - Opshore Talent Solutions Pvt Ltd, Carnival, Phase-II, 1st Floor, Infopark SEZ, Kakkanad, Kochi

Work timing - 9 AM to 6 PM / 1 : 30 PM to 10 :30 PM India Time, Monday to Saturday.

Second Saturdays and Sundays off.
During night shifts, Cab drop would be provided up to 15 kms radius from office.

  • Identify and implement job advertising for temporary vacancies using all mediums available including websites, social media, local press and local networking
  • Coordinate Interviews with Team Lead
  • Covering healthcare shifts on daily basis as and when requested by the Employer
  • Handle Documentation and Compliance of healthcare professionals.
  • Booking shifts with hospitals
  • Willing to work on tight deadlines.
  • Perform screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities

Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
