**Job Description

  • Guest Relation Executive/Manager*
  • Engaging with employees and stakeholders on daytoday basis at front of the office/reception area.
  • Managing the reception area and interact with client and visitors.
  • Coordinating all front desk activities and supervising the support staff.
  • Compile reports for management, including occupancy reports/Visitors/and financial information.
  • Liasoning for hotel booking, planning for team outbounds, and coordinating events
  • Coordinating for VVIP visits and planning for accommodation, Programme, and arrangements.
  • Arrangement of Family Day/Employee's Day events
  • Responsible for the running of the front desk by hiring and training all front desk agents and leading by example
  • Anticipate and handle any guest requests and satisfy their needs within acceptable guidelines
  • Schedule the front office staff and supervise workload during shifts
  • Act as liaison between the General Manager and staff
  • Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic information
  • Maintain an organised and comprehensive filing system with _documentation_ of purchases, vouchering, schedules, _forecasts_, reports and tracking logs.
  • Monitor high _balance_ guest and take appropriate action.
  • Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
  • Review Front office _log book_ and Guest feedback forms on a daily basis.

Salary:
₹24, ₹28,309.03 per month
