**Job Description- Guest Relation Executive/Manager*
- Engaging with employees and stakeholders on daytoday basis at front of the office/reception area.
- Managing the reception area and interact with client and visitors.
- Coordinating all front desk activities and supervising the support staff.
- Compile reports for management, including occupancy reports/Visitors/and financial information.
- Liasoning for hotel booking, planning for team outbounds, and coordinating events
- Coordinating for VVIP visits and planning for accommodation, Programme, and arrangements.
- Arrangement of Family Day/Employee's Day events
- Responsible for the running of the front desk by hiring and training all front desk agents and leading by example
- Anticipate and handle any guest requests and satisfy their needs within acceptable guidelines
- Schedule the front office staff and supervise workload during shifts
- Act as liaison between the General Manager and staff
- Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic information
- Maintain an organised and comprehensive filing system with _documentation_ of purchases, vouchering, schedules, _forecasts_, reports and tracking logs.
- Monitor high _balance_ guest and take appropriate action.
- Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
- Review Front office _log book_ and Guest feedback forms on a daily basis.
Salary:
₹24, ₹28,309.03 per month
