Scrum Master - ELSA - Professional Scrum Master according Scrum. Org or similar - Subject Matter Expert for Requirement Engineering, JIRA DevOps and My Wiki - Strong communication skills - Coaching in interdisciplinary & independent work as well as the Scrum method - Ensure the completion of the increments that correspond to the definition of done - Mitigate impediments (barriers) - Organization and moderation of scrum ceremonies with a positive and productive character within the timeboxing - (time frame) - Technical support for effective description of product goals (as well as backlog management) - Supporting the team to properly understand the requirements and acceptance criteria supports to remove barriers in - the team and with stakeholders - Managed skill development in the project team and the need for skill transformation of the organization - Capacity Management: Coordinates skill/capacity adjustments with stakeholders as needed
