    Inviting applications for the role of HRO-US Hiring

    In this role, you will be responsible to be an effective influencer, knowledgeable about the business, and whose impact and value is clear to the client group and HR org alike. The ideal candidate will thrive in a multifaceted and changing environment and have fun while getting a lot of great work done.

    Responsibilities

    • active sourcing for all roles
    • and Shortlist candidates as per defined job requirements and specifications
    • recruiting reports as per defined frequency
    • and negotiate offer with shortlisted candidates
    • hiring managers and HR business partners with critical requisitions
    • support to the team for critical and complex cases
    • support with Career site
    • coaching and mentoring to other team members
    • and drive governance meetings with client stakeholders

    Qualifications we seek in you

    Minimum Qualifications

    • or equivalent education
    • years of experience in HR shared services/Operations
    • domain expertise of Talent Acquisition for US Market.
    • experience of SuccessFactors ATS (Applicant tracking system/recruiting) platforms
    • competence in managing various HR functional areas like Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle management, Employee support centre, Talent development, Compensation & Benefits processes
    • and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environment
    • interpersonal and communication skills
    • credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward

    Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

    • Certifications from recognized institutes is an advantage
    • to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently
    • to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently
    • to work at all levels of the HR "stack" - Strategic, operational, and tactical
