Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams: Work closely with our product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals, user requirements, and business objectives. You will actively participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and ideation workshops to create cohesive and innovative solutions.
• User research and analysis: Conduct thorough user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points. Translate research findings into actionable design improvements that address user requirements and create delightful user experiences.
• Wireframe and prototyping: Utilize your expertise in Adobe XD to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and highfidelity mockups. These deliverables will demonstrate your ability to conceptualize user flows, interaction models, and visual designs that align with project objectives and best practices.
• Visual design: Leverage your strong aesthetic sensibility and design skills to create visually stunning interfaces that enhance usability and engage users. You will establish and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms, and collaborate with developers to ensure successful implementation.
• User testing and iteration: Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to validate design choices and iterate on solutions. Analyze user behavior and metrics to identify areas of improvement and make datadriven decisions that optimize user experiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in design, humancomputer interaction (HCI), or related field (equivalent work experience will be considered)
• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, ideally with a portfolio showcasing your Adobe XD skills and previous design projects
• Proficiency in Adobe XD and other relevant design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, InVision)
• Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices
• Familiarity with frontend development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with developers
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders
• Detailoriented mindset with a passion for creating pixelperfect designs and flawless user experiences
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to overcome design challenges
