This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist.The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, customer service, and maintaining communication with clients.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and understand trends to make informed decisions.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey ideas to clients and team members.
- Lead Generation: Experience in generating leads and managing sales pipelines.
- Market Research: Strong understanding of market trends and an ability to research and analyze competitor activity.
- Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or related field.
- Experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
Salary:
Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
